A senior operations professional, he has 30 years experience of exemplary hospitality service within the Foodservice Catering, Healthcare, Night-Time Economy and Restaurant sectors.
A Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality, he developed the Social Media strategy for BaxterStorey, has overseen large operational teams for a luxury casino in Mayfair, and the UK’s largest Private Hospital in Harley Street.
An entrepreneur at 27, Thomas launched Kilroy’s of Kathmandu, a 300-seat restaurant in Nepal leading to multiple outlets, a night club and his own TV cooking show series.
